Article 1: Content of work for collaborators: 

• Actively seek out customers and sell through direct and online channels (on social media). Facebook, Instagram, Zalo and e-commerce platforms).
• Provide advice to customers about products and services via text messages, phone calls, or in-person meetings.
• Persuade customers to buy the product by highlighting its key benefits and features.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
• Negotiate a reasonable product price and commission rate that benefits both parties and the customer.
• Report the order quantity to the company manager so they can process the next steps (packaging, shipping).
• Track customer orders, ensuring they receive products that meet quality and quantity requirements.
• Receive customer feedback and find ways to address and resolve issues.
• Complete the necessary procedures and compile order statistics to receive commission.
• The first order requires a minimum of 5 products.
• Post articles or share information about the product on Facebook, Zalo, and other similar channels at least twice a week.

Article 2: Location and working hours

1. Location: at home or at the office as required.
2. Working hours: flexible, self-arranged.

Article 3: Provision of work tools and means of transportation

Collaborators are responsible for providing themselves with the necessary tools and means of transportation to perform their duties as outlined in this contract.

Article 4: Collaborator Policy

Sales associates receive a commission upon completion of work as agreed upon below:

4.1 Affiliates will receive a percentage of the commission earned from their referral links to others, corresponding to the commission they have already received (calculated cumulatively). 

– Commission received under 1,500,000 VND: discount 10%

– Commission received over 1,500,000 VND: discount 15%

– Commission received over 7,500,000 VND: discount 18%

– Commission received over 27,000,000 VND: discount 22%

– Commission received over VND 62,500,000: discount 25%

– Commission received over VND 105,000,000: discount 30%

4.2 Payment terms:

After the company receives payment from the customer, the collaborator also immediately receives 1 TP3T of the revenue that the company receives from the customer at that time.

Article 5: Pricing, payment methods, and policies regarding delivery, returns, and exchanges.

– The company is responsible for delivering goods directly to customers and collecting payment from customers according to orders submitted by collaborators.

– Products are sold to customers at the price stipulated by the company, except in cases where both parties agree to apply a promotional discount.

– Regarding shipping costs and delivery to consumers, collaborators are responsible for negotiating with customers in accordance with company regulations. If a collaborator fails to reach an agreement as per company regulations, they will be liable to compensate the customer for any outstanding amount compared to the company's payment terms.

• Conditions for product returns and exchanges under the affiliate program:

Customers who purchase goods from Tracybee Honey Company LimitedPlease keep the receipt (customer copy). When returning or exchanging an item, the product must be the same as the one you originally purchased. Since the product is new and unused, the packaging and the product itself must be intact (not necessarily with the original seal, but still in good condition as per the 95% label).

• Specific return and exchange policy:

Depending on the type of product, Tracybee Honey Co., Ltd. has different exchange and return policies. Customers can exchange or return goods in the following cases:

+ The product is defective due to a manufacturing fault.

+ The goods do not meet the standards or specifications as ordered by the customer.

Insufficient quantity, incomplete set as per order.

+ Allergic reactions or unsuitable product use (handling will depend on the specific case; if the issue is due to product quality, the company will unconditionally accept payment, exchange, and refund).

+ External damage such as torn packaging, peeling, breakage, etc.

+ Exchange the product for exactly what the customer ordered; exchanges for products of a different type are not permitted.

+ Customers pay the difference if the value of the exchanged product is greater.

Article 6: Rights and obligations of Tracybee Company in the affiliate program policy

1. Tracybee Company's rights:

Tracybee Company reserves the right to unilaterally terminate the collaborator's contract if the collaborator violates Tracybee's information confidentiality obligations or fails to meet job requirements (no revenue for 3 consecutive months).

Tracybee Company is not responsible for any other expenses incurred by collaborators during the course of their work.

2. Tracybee Company's obligations:

– Ensure full and timely payment of all benefits and entitlements to collaborators as stipulated in the contract and any specific contract appendices (if applicable).

– Create the most favorable conditions for sales associates to carry out their work.

– We provide product and sales training via online videos and offline sessions, as well as product images, videos, and catalogs to our collaborators.

Article 7: Rights and obligations of collaborators

7.1 Rights of collaborators:

– Affiliates are allowed to sell products through their affiliate links when they fulfill all the requirements outlined in the job description.

– I require the company to pay all commissions and other material rights and benefits as stipulated in this contract in full and on time.

– Collaborators are required to request product-related information from the company to support their work, but must use the information in accordance with regulations, ensuring the company's reputation and brand.

– The company is not liable for any customer complaints regarding the quality of products supplied.

– Receive a discount of …% on the total value of each order.

7.2 Obligations of Tracybee Company:

– Complete the work as agreed in Article 1

– You are responsible for all travel, telephone, and other expenses not specified in this contract related to your collaboration with Tracybee Company.

– Strictly adhere to all regulations regarding information security related to the case being handled.

– I am legally responsible for all my actions and activities in promoting my products.

– You must not negatively impact or damage the reputation of clients or the company, both during and after your time as a collaborator.

– You are not permitted to perform any other activities in the name of the company or on behalf of the company that could harm the company or its customers.

– You must not violate any regulations issued by the company.

– You are not allowed to arbitrarily change product prices, as this would affect the rights of customers and damage the company's image.

– Responsible for advertising and selling products according to the specifications and features provided by Tracybee company.

– Responsible for fulfilling orders for the company when customers place orders.

– Responsible for working with the company to resolve any other issues related to orders delivered by the collaborator.

Article 8: Information Security in the Affiliate Program Policy

– During and upon termination of this contract, the collaborator commits to maintaining confidentiality and not disclosing any information or documents related to the case to any third party without the company's consent. In the event that the collaborator violates the confidentiality provisions of this collaborator policy, the company has the right to terminate the contract and require the collaborator to compensate for damages in accordance with the law.

The aforementioned affiliate program includes all the rights and obligations for customers who register to sell products with Tracybee. Tracybee guarantees customers product quality and after-sales service, creating favorable conditions for affiliates to participate and earn the best possible income.
