Tracybee Lychee Honey This is a wonderful gift from nature in the midland region, created by diligent worker bees who work regularly every day, bringing back drops of sweet, fragrant honey, as gentle as the breath of the sunny, windy highlands.

1. Where is Tracybee honey harvested?
Luc Ngan (Bac Giang) – the land that produces lychees considered among the best in Vietnam, renowned worldwide – is the place Tracybee has chosen to cultivate its lychee flower honey.
From around February to April, lychee trees simultaneously bud and bloom profusely on the branches under the warm spring weather. During this time, the entire hilly and midland region is covered in a blanket of white, emitting a fragrant aroma. Beekeepers will place their beehives in the orchards so the bees can freely collect nectar from the flower heads, producing delicious honey.
2. What does Tracybee lychee taste like?
Tracybee Lychee With its shimmering, clear yellow color, it's pleasing to the eye. Because the flowers bloom in late winter and early spring, when the weather is crisp and cool, the honey has an incredibly delicate aroma and sweet taste.
At the same time, the nutritional content in lychee flower honey is also very high, not inferior to other types of flower honey.

3. When should Tracybee lychee blossom honey be used?
With its pleasant sweetness and aroma, Tracybee lychee flower honey can be used in a variety of ways: mixed with warm water, combined with teas and fruits, or used in cooking to enhance flavor.
4. What makes Tracybee lychee special?
The density of flowers on a lychee tree is very high, and the average canopy area is 4-5m2, therefore the honey yield each harvest season is very abundant. Lychee flower honey is also harvested only once a year during the flowering season to ensure that the nutrients in the honey are always at their highest level.
From cultivation and harvesting to packaging, Tracybee maintains strict quality control. Before distribution to the market, the honey must pass two rigorous testing rounds at laboratories in Vietnam and at Intertek (Germany). Key criteria for quality honey include: no added sugar, no antibiotic residue, and non-GMO.

5. Does Tracybee lychee crystallize?
Tracybee lychee honey is completely natural and guaranteed to be heat-free, therefore it may crystallize during use. This is normal for honey and does not affect product quality or health.
The reason is that honey's main component is carbohydrates (including glucose and fructose), and this phenomenon easily occurs when stored at 6-20 degrees Celsius (refrigerator).
Consumers can immerse the bottle of honey in warm water at 70-80 degrees Celsius to return the honey to its original liquid state.
Tracybee honey with its luxurious and unique packaging design serves both as a decorative item to enhance your living space and as a special gift conveying heartfelt sentiments to the recipient.
